As long as
plastic products adopt the same raw materials and the thickness is similar, they can be molded at the same time. To sum up, compared with other forming methods, rotational molding has stronger mobility.
The color of the rotomolding products is easy to change: each time the materials are directly put into the mold, letting the materials all into products, after taking products from the mold, add the next molding needed materials, so when the color of the products are needed to transform, raw materials are not wasted at all and do not need to spare time to clean up the machine and mold. When we use more than one mold to produce the same kind of plastic products, we also can add different colors into different mould materials, rotomolding out different colors of plastic products at the same time.
Suitable for forming a variety of complex shapes of hollow parts: in the process of
rotational molding, the materials are gradually coated, deposited into the mold's inner surface, products has strong ability to copy the fine structure such as decorative pattern on the mold cavity; at the same time, because the mold will not be affected by pressure from outside in the process of molding, methods such as precision casting can be adopted to produce mold with fine structure and complex shape, such as toys, mould animals, and so on.
